Who need
Vietnam visa?
Answer: All foreigners who wish to visit Vietnam are
required Vietnam entry visas (issued prior to departure by local Vietnam
Embassy/Consulate) or Pre-approved letters (issued by Vietnam Immigration Office
to get visa stamped on arrival at Vietnam's International Airports). Both are
supplied before arrival, except for citizens of countries having bilateral
agreements on visa exemption with Vietnam such as most ASEAN countries, Korea,
Japan, Russian Federation and Scandinavian countries.

What types of Vietnam visa?
Answer: Popular Vietnam visas are based on the length of stay and the
number of time you enter Vietnam. For example:
- 1 month single entry visa: You are allowed to enter/exit Vietnam 1 time in
(max.) 1 month stay.
- 1 month multiple entry visa: You are allowed to enter/exit Vietnam as many
times as possible, (max.) 1 month stay.
The same rule is applied for 3 months and 6 months visa.

What is your visa
service?
Answer: You can obtain Vietnam entry visa by having a valid passport
stamped before the time departure at any one of the Vietnam
Embassy/Consulate. However the procedures to get visa is complicated
and takes much time (from 4 or 10 days), even some cities do not have a Vietnam
Embassy. To avoid these inconveniences, Tuan Linh Travel work with Vietnam
Immigration Office to provide you the most reliable and secure way to get
Vietnam visa pre-approval letter, making your trip to Vietnam easier. The
process to obtain the pre-approval letter with our service is simple as shown
below and what you do is to wait some days for your visa stamped.
How your
visa service work?
Answer: Simply follow 3 below steps
1- Correctly fill in the visa form given to clients with all requirements.
Clients are responsible for all the information submitted. If you do not want to
apply visa and pay online, you can download

2- Settle the payment for our visa service with secure payment gateway.
Right after receiving your visa information and payment, we will process your
visa; in urgent case this process takes only 1 working day, normal cases will
take 2 to 3 working days. Then we will send you the copy Vietnam visa approval
letter by e-mail after we get it from Vietnam immigration office. Copy of the
same document will be forwarded to Vietnam Embassy or Vietnam immigration
checkpoints at International Airports, so that when you arrive in Vietnam, the
Immigration officers will have those documents on hand and will be able to issue
your entry visa.
3- Bring the approval letter to get Vietnam visa at your chosen place (Vietnam
Embassy/Consulate or Vietnam Airport).

How to get
Vietnam visa?
Answer: To get Vietnam visa stamped on your passport you need to bring:
- Your passport (with validity at least 6 months)
- 2 passport–size photos (4cm x 6cm).
- Copy of visa approval letter that we sent to you.
- Stamping fee, you pay directly in cash at the Immigration desk at airport (for
visa on arrival) of at Vietnam Embassy/Consulate (see below).
What are
(total) fees?
Answer: With our visa service you have to pay 2 times (no more) to get
Vietnam visa:
1- Visa service fee, pay in advance to Tuan Linh Travel to get visa approval
letter. Price for our service depends on nationalities, type of visa, processing
time, number of applicants in group. Normally it cost US$20 for 1 month, single
entry visa for 1 traveler (with nationalities from Europe, North America,
Oceania, ASEAN countries), the more people in the group, the cheaper service fee
is.
2- Stamping fee:
- Stamping fee for visa on arrival (visa stamped at Vietnam airports): US$25 for
single entry visa from 1 month to 6 months; US$50 for multiple entries visa from
1 month to 6 months (Russian travelers are exempted from this fee). The fee is
paid directly to Immigration desk at Vietnam airport.
- Stamping fee for visa stamped at pointed Vietnam Embassy/Consulate: about
US$25 to US$65, different from Embassy to Embassy.

What is visa
on arrival?
Answer: Visa on arrival is officially issued by Vietnam Immigration
Department (Vietnamese Government Agent), it has same validity with the visa you
get from Vietnamese embassy abroad.
After getting the approval letter form Immigration office, we will send you the
copy by e-mail. Another copy of the same document will be forwarded to Vietnam
Embassy or Vietnam immigration checkpoints at International Airports, so that
when you arrive in Vietnam, the Immigration officers will have those documents
on hand and will be able to issue your entry visa.

Answer: Visa pre-approval letter is a letter issued by Vietnam
Immigration Department (Vietnam Government Agency) allows you enter and exit
Vietnam for a given time period. With the approval letter, you can pick up your
visa at one out of three international airports in Vietnam.
Before issuing an approval letter, the Office checks and screens your
application very strictly, so there is no case that you will be rejected at
